Sidney & Co works in partnership with Pattinson Auction, one of the longest-established auction houses in the country. That partnership means we can enter your property into a national auction while you deal with the same local people you would for any other sale — valuation, photography, viewings, legal pack chasing and progression all handled from our Liverpool and Wigan offices.
We will always tell you honestly whether auction is the right route. If a straightforward open-market sale would serve you better, we will say so.
